The "Old E”, as we affectionately call it, has been pouring pints and inspiring customers since the days of cricketing legend WG Grace, who favoured a drink or two here. These days, inspiration comes in the form of music, with a packed schedule of indie, punk, drum and bass and DJs through the week with regular community jams and weekend events.
